Yes. All listed prices exclude tax. Consumption tax is charged separately.
The Standard plan is a monthly automatic card payment via Stripe. The Enterprise plan supports invoice billing.
You can cancel anytime. Once you cancel, you can keep using the service until the end of the current billing period, then it stops. We do not offer pro-rated refunds.
Register for free in the app, sign in to the web admin console with a company admin account, and upgrade by card on the billing page.
Subscriptions are handled by the company admin account. The first person to register in the app becomes the company admin; sign in with the same ID as the app and go to “Company → Subscription”.
